Each card is checked for its validity automatically. If our systems report that the stored card is invalid for any reason then a request will be made for revised card details, if none are forthcoming within 24 hours then the reservation will be cancelled without any further warning. We do not accept Amex or Diners cards.
We do not take deposits for any bookings. However, the stored card will be charged in full for the complete reservation cost once the final date for the free cancellation period has passed. If a reservation is made with a check-in date that is outside of the free cancellation period then the stored card will be charged the total amount for the reservation immediately. There are no circumstances where a reimbursement can be issued. Please see section 4 for the legally-binding cancellation policy.
The valid stored card secures the booking and will create a legally binding contract between the establishment and the person from whom the booking has be accepted.
A guest can cancel a booking free of charge up to seven days before the scheduled check-in date. In this event no funds will be taken from the stored card. If a booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period, which is up to seven days before the scheduled check-in date, then the stored card will be charged the full amount of the reservation. There are no circumstances where a reimbursement can be issued.
If a guest fails to arrive or truncates their stay then there are no circumstances where a reimbursement of any amount will be issued from the original amount paid for the booking.
